Vulnerability and Risk Assessments

Post Incident or Event Assessments

It is very easy to look at an incident or failure of your organizations policies and procedures in a completely negative way. However, following an incident is often when the most effective change occurs. GEMSEC’s Post Incident Assessment process consists of

  • Reviewing event/organization preparation, security plans, post orders, policies, procedures and training to identify possible cause(s) and any contributing factors.

  • Identifying possible communication and information sharing gaps

  • Identifying gaps with regard to security response protocols and training
